Delivery:
You can track your Order by clicking on ‘My Account’. You will also receive a confirmation email when your Order has been received by us, plus another email informing you when your Order has been completed and dispatched. Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel.

Post & Packing Standard £4.50 (* See note below). Provided the item is in stock, you should have your goods within 2/4 days. Items are sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. If you need a faster service please email us direct: shop@murphyandnye.com. Special Delivery £6.50 - Royal Mail guaranteed next day by 1pm. Please email to request this after you have made your order.

IRELAND / EU
Postage and packing £10.00. (* See note below.) Allow up to 8 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL & NON EU
Post & packing £15.00. We are happy to mail order abroad, if paying by credit card. Items will be sent International Recorded Delivery, or if large - by courier. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. (* See note below).

*PLEASE NOTE - Where the goods are heavy, or the order particularly large, a surcharge may be necessary to cover standard postage rates. We will email you to inform you of the amount – before processing the order.

Guarantee and Returns:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, or it is the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you, within 14 days of your receipt - providing the garments are unworn and undamaged. (NB postage costs are not refunded) This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items returned after 14 days will be issued with a Credit Note – or can be exchanged.

Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged after 28 days unless damaged.

Sale items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or Credit note.

A Returns form is included in your parcel, on the back of your Order Form.

If you return a garment for exchange by post, payment for the further P&P charges may be neccessary - unless the item is damaged.

IMPORTANT - if you do return goods, please get a proof of posting certificate or send by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Prices:
Prices shown are inclusive of (UK) VAT at 17.5%
VAT - for customers ordering from VAT exempt countries - it is possible to have the VAT deducted from your order. Please register first and then contact us to request this before you place your order. We will then enable your registered details to purchase VAT free and you will not need to request this again.
